UFS chips and ISP interface When I have a phone with dead bootloader ( phone has UFS chip), is it possible to flash the bootloader via ISP interface? Or does it also depend on which kind of UFS is used ( BGA 153 or BGA95 or BGA 254)? Or does it depend on a particular UFS chip manufacturer? |
devices with ufs chips usially can't have ISP pins |
Does it mean that the only solution( how to flash bootloader) is desolder UFS chip, flash it and solder again? |
How to read or write partiton from ufs? 1 - Detect IC with "Detect soft partition" 2 - Select partition 3 - Press read or write |
Thanks for your reply. But it means the chip is inserted in UFS adaptor, doesn't it? So, there is no working interface like ISP with eMMC? |

You poorly understand that the interface of the UFS memory is completely different and different from the eMMC UFS not use BGA221 case |
