Ufs data recovery

Hi
I have not understood if new ufs support is good for data recovery.
Because I read that from Android 7 they are encrypted.
Ufs dump can be opened with android explorer to save data?

Encrypted UserData can only be opened(decrypted) with correct PASSW0RD.
But you can read RAW data from UFS/Emmc chips.

& the PASSW0RD is automatic machine generated RANDOM character.

It's similar with LINUX Loop Block Devices.

Some devices have non-crypted userdata at UFS chips (Like Samsung S6)
but Android 7.0 and later is crypt userdata at default.

Work with UFS memory need to restore boots and flash dumps when chips is repalace

I now also faced the problem of working with encrypted data. You can use special software to access them, but this will not always work.

for dencrypt datasyatem you need you CPU of device.
some software can connect via USB to phone/tablet, loading cracked bootloader and use special loader to get decrypted data frolm device

EasyJTAG softwar work only via Flash memory, and can't decrypt data (decrypted keys is stored at device CPU)
