1) Download dump from support
2) Try to write "Device config" of wait next version to manually create LUNs
3) Write LUNs dumps to LUNs

Reading the memory through the original interface is very slow. 500-700kb/s. 32GB memory DUMP using the BGA95 interface is around 10-11 hours. Why are the non-original interface faster?
Maybe I have some damaged equipment?
My interface is "EasyJTAG UFS Socket BGA-95 by EasyJTAG 26.05.19".
I thought that when I bought the original product from the BOX manufacturer I would have maximum compatibility. You wrote in advance that only the original interface guarantees proper operation. Something went wrong? I currently have 23 pieces of Samsung S6 and I need to make a full binary copy. It will take approximately 11 days for me to read continuously. Maybe I can change the settings to make it work faster? I don't want to buy MOORC because I already have an interface from you

Now UFS speed depend by USB mohterboard controller and various beetween 0,5-3MB/s per 1 line

We work to increase speed at all controller uo to 3MB/s
After we add work with 2 line (6MB/s)

M-PHYs support two main transmission modes/active states: low speed (LS), which supports 3 to 576 Mbps, and high speed (HS), which supports 1,248 to 5,824 Mbps per the M-PHY v3.0 specification.

Our hardware now work at LS (PWM-G4) mode (66Mhz)
HS mode requare USB 3.0 and new hardware

Max speed, what be can get from EasyJTAG Plus box PWM-G4 mode - 6-10MB/s (with compression)
It done to repair boot's and read-write backups of main partitions

New Android phones have crypted userdata, and now where are no way to decrypt it, and no need HS

PWM-G5/G6/G7 is many UFS chips not supported

The BOX has been connected to two different computers, to 8 different USB 2.0 ports, the maximum speed is about 805 kbps
At the moment I'm backing up another UFS BGA95. Look at the estimated time to the end. I had MOORC for 1 day and 2Mb / s went without any problems.

Now speed depends only by USB MB controller.
At few FW box update we transfer some UFS code to box, and speed will be not depend of MB USB controller

I reconnect box from USB 2.0 to external USB 3.0 contoller and speed be increased fom 0,7 to 1,5MB/s

Some people have 3,0MB/s speed at his MB

Now we optimize UFS core for different UFS chips. After it we transwer UFS core to internal box firmware, and speed will be not depends from USB MB ports

This UFS is temporarily not supported.
UFS Init completed.
Did someone ever found a solution to recover Data of this Chip?
I couldnt find any programmer which supports it.

This chips need work only at "Low" voltage
And it will be dead some next time

You need select "Low" voltage
You need select "Disable UFS safe mode" at setting
And pray to recover all Data )
Use EasyJTAG Plus software with Low voltage and Explorer
Do it faster - go to needed folder and save files

And you need return "Disable UFS safe mode" at setting to Safe mode after

Thank you for your answere, but it's not working:

Identify UFS Chip.
UFS Chip Voltage: Low
Can't init device, Code: -115, Reason: Wrong socket type, this socket licensed for another chip type
VCC: 3292mV
VCCQ2: 1794mV
Manufacturer: SKHYNIX
ProductName: HBG4a
SerialNumber: 0x0228B722A380
OemID: 01AD
Done.

I can't find the disable UFS safe Mode in the easy jtag plus software.

Is there any other chance to recover the data?

Best regards
