5 in 1 isp voltage probleam - GSM-Forum

Hi

I am new to jtag recently i bought a Easy jtag and 5 in 1 isp.
some thing went wrong while i was doing jtag.

now the isp VCC voltage is 2V - 4.5V as pulsating voltage. I checked the pcb the voltage coming from U2 IC(P2PL). please if any one know the IC model number orequivalent ic.

I got the IC in Allwiner 10 Tab .
