but dead 10 dead again again

The EMMC IC has too many bad sectors. Post a S.M.A.R.T. report.

S3 I9300 and s3 I9305,huawei y300 have same problem all of them are dead from 5 to 10 days after update firmware and repaired emmc.its happened in all of boxes not only easy jtag.

This EMMC has 4 banks and each bank has 51 spare sectors that is using to replace the bad sectors that die during use. If on one of the banks all of the 51 sectors are used then the next bad sector can not be swaped because there is no space left. In this case the device can not power on or it freezes on logo during boot up and can not be flashed by ODIN. By reinitialising the EMMC the list with the sectors that are marked as bad is erased and these sectors will be used again. At first the device works ok but these sectors are still faulty and when the device starts writing and erasing them they will be marked as bad again. When you reach 51 bad sectors the device will die again. In this case you have to replace the EMMC.
