What should I do for this new box z3x easy jtag? card not found in shell, when I open or run the software always giving error after the firmware of the box updating. Updating ok, error comes and always said That my smart card is not a z3x smart card. Box can regestered successfully, when I tried to press the show card info the result is error card not found. I run the dianostic tool of easy jtag, only the box can be seen on the. Logs. Smart card not found...

All the driver installed correctly booth win 7 and xp sp3 OS

i have same problem i open box clean card and resold jack but do it on your risk worranty void

the card has lost contact with the tray so remove the card and place it back

I just update easy jtag to latest version but i got problem to download its support file. card not detected. Then i found what Hendry umar suggested woks for me. Make sure you're connect to internet then run Hardware Wizard from shell. it done.

I'm facing same problem:
I was Jtag firs generation and buy a the new one 2° gen, but I cant update and still no use new device.
When run wizard just "card info" is enable. When try open Jtag says: "You have no required activation card....

Bro, when my new Easy Jtag arrived, just happen the same situation,
The problem is that old Easy Jtag use a Sim card different size of new one. I had to open my box (loose warranty) to fit sim card as well.

I confess I'm a little frustrated with z3x team, they could at least use same size jacket sim card.
The other problem is the support, take long time to answer...
