Z3X JTAG can't detect phone [Need LOG] - GSM-Forum

Hi, I have s3850 dead boot when I connect with z3x it always says

JTAG Pinout not find

I check all pinout and they are ok and soldered properly. Please help how to connect, do i need to press power key when connecting...

Phone just died while being used, I check but it's not shorted and no download mode, I try to connect with other box and it was detected fine, but I want to try my new Z3x JTAG box but when I connect it and run JTAG Pinfinder it always say

JTAG Pinout not find

Am I missing something...

Do not connect NRST while using JTAG Pin finder, and check again
