Hy team GPG

I like very much products from gpg. I have GPG Dragon, GPGworkshop etc..etc..
but my GPG workshop has many problems for ex:

Cannot Import dll C:|Programs|GPG|Workshop|psvince.dll

what is this?

i try download this dll but always same problem.

After install this last version my infinit best stop to work and not find dongle...

Strange problem. Any help here and sorry for my english.

connection rejected by remote interface

New problem now:

When i try to open give this message:
arithmetic exception, numeric overflow, or string truncation

what is this??????

my dongle work fine now only i have one problem
when i want to download a file like a schematics with manualy update they full download in file document
but when i want to see pic directely they write ( access violation at adress 00680073 in
module 'gpg_workshop.exe'read of address0D30A743
what is there problem

to resolve this error it will be install setup in other hard disc
for exemple if your windonws is installed in c:\
so you can install the setup gpgworkshop in d:\ or e:\ or f:\
it will be work
