gpgworkshop error massage - GSM-Forum

please help me.

frist of all i thankfull gpg team for your service.before one month i importend workshop dongle from india.

when i connect my dongle to pc (windows 7 -64 bit)it has come error massage like below.

i install and uninstalled drivers several times.
some time comes another error msg like this.
gpgwork2.jpg

how do i solve this problem.however dongle is working fine with windows xp machine.

plz,plz..concider my matter...

use windows XP x32 or win 7 x32 not x64 bit
