not success software always facing new new problems

totally bugs in this software.

very much unhappy with this project.

for last 3/4 days no support login in yahoo or sonork.

very sad.

hi, guys
1. no 1 write me in yahoo
2. you need to describe your problem
(not working) - mean you forgot to plug dongle , or start software or maybe you forgot to update dongle )
3. In forum ppl write their problems and we give silutions how to fix them first read posts than write correct question! it will be more better and easy for us for you and other customers!

just like me, i kept mine until gpgdongle get activation, for other products because no new update concerning hardware repair, only office work whic we are not concerned with, just my opinion.
