The server maybe working again. But the problem still exist!

Friends. After install run software as administrator. And all will good. Be careful. If you forget run it as administrator you must wait 24h and try again. If you try later server block give you licence. Solved many times after reinstall windows.
May be i dont understand something but work for me what i wrote.
