Problems with some files - GSM-Forum

Hi
I have bought this dongle but i can't use because i have problem sync data with some files, i have the same problems with 2 computer, one with xp and other with win7 (64bits)
Update base crash with the first file and manually update crash with some files, not all, but syncing in this way is impossible.

Any solution???

plz reinstall drivers
dont forget to reboot pc

I do it but still the same problem
I can download some files, i think no drivers problem, i have the same problem in 2 different pc with different O.S., now i have 436 record with 736 Mb, also in manual update i can see the files properly, if i download successfully a file this one never appear again in the list, for example i can't download NOKIA 1100 BSI in both pc's...
I think problem with small files, bigger than 1 Mb always work...

use only x32 system !!!

Problem solved

reboot -> uninstall -> reboot -> install -> reboot -> ¡¡works!!

Maybe i was missing any reboot
