Red face Gpg workshop dongle is not working


i have just brought a new pc, thinking it was computer problem but now it is confirm that this dongle is not good. i install gpgworkshop setup 3.4 .Without able to install this gpg dongle correctly on computer with windows 7,dongle'S SERIAL NUMBER is found with version detail in dongle'firmware and yet the program is not working.this is screen shot of problem : Update license client v1.0

Talking with server...
Not exist more license for your dongle! Please contact to support!

Problem solved, in Windows 7 you have to run in administrator mode

i have a problem with gpgws on the site. whe i press the login button, shows connection error. i tried on another pc, same problem. solution please !
