support please gpg errors help

Hi support please help me fix my gpgworkshop i uninstalled software and reinstalled it and the same with drivers i also got fresh copy of windows xp but still problem with gpg errors and all features not working proper like updates and pinouts and imei checks on tac data base i also done manual download of latest update still same problem with that like this one please help we buy dongle to help us repair mobile phones easy but workshop give us headace installing it and useing it properly i also got team viewer so you can check for yourself bro i just want to beable to use my workshop has everyone else is not have problems with it bro please help me sort this problem out support

Bro i have installed drivers 5 times still you are saying drivers if this is the problem why is my workshop still the same not working after

BRO I WILL GIVE YOU MY TEAM VIEWER DETAILS AND YOU CAN TRY YOURSELF AND THEN WE WILL BOTH SEE IF IT IS DRIVERS
