Hi we really need more technical info on how to repair common problems with blackberry phones. There are some standard problems like trackpad not responding, charging port, led blinking 5 times etc. Can you give any info on these.

Add a BUTTON to check all or check PHONE service only etc.... IN FILTERS... THX...

[BUG] ? When u click online button, during it is connecting , you click on other FUNCTION nothing will work after its CONNECTED to serVER.. should be in a thread (PROGRAMING language) the connection MODULE.. if am not wrong..

The software is not that Stable... Have to try a lot before get it WORKS... Make a LOADING thingies when connecting to SERVER.... especially when ONLINE...

P.S am a COMPUTER SCIENTIFIC and make a lot research in GUI.. Sorry if am putting the LINE so UP... Since i know u DON'T REST...

OH OK... Please Dont forget to add a Button on FILTER where if we want to SELECT only phone Stuff We just click on one single Button.....

OR What i Propose is that when we Click on FILTER - ALL SELECT BOX should be Clear and we have to select.. Where RIGHT now when we click on FILTER all BOXES are already checked and we have to DESELECT one by ONE !!

Also the Manual Update Please Try to work on it especially the FONTs and the check BOx. Make it bigger so that we can easily See.. and for the laptop make them in Seperate Section i.e we can select all HP only, or Toshiba only .. same as MObile phone also!!! !
