i have my brand new gpg workshop the problem is when i try to UPDATE BASE it is always not responding sometimes with in 24 mb, i tried it again for 4th times and stop on 121mb.

hi whats the software version?
if you always recive data its responding !
when you press UPDATE Base it must download all solutions pinouts testpoint wich are in the server base.
plz write correct question we will try to slove your problem.

i used 1.3, my problem is UPDATING BASE always stop. as of now IMEI checker and cable compatibily only apper on the software.

as i see your problem is slow internet or you downloading somthing at the sime time

whats message do u recive when its stop.
"CHECK INTERNET CONNECTION" or "CONNECTION LOST" ?

my internet is good!! "CHECK INTERNET CONNECTION" or "CONNECTION LOST" this one doesnt appeared.

not responding is problem by windows not of GPG workshop
so please re install windows

i think windows nothing to do with it because i tried it in 4 different pc and laptop.
