X10i Unlock Problem - GSM-Forum

I try unlock now X10i i have on my account (web):
TYPE: user
X10 Credits: 2

but when i try unlock sofware show me in window Credits:
service not active on this account

Any idea ?

And second problem is, software take 2 credits to unlock one phone

i have it two times, 1 imei take 2 credits.
