UPGRADE YOU BOX_FIRMWARE WITH V1.62
connect negative black, and connect positive in red in 5sec. or until your box responds..sounds,

remove and connect again your box and now UPDATE IN FIRMWARE 1.62.
IF STILL SAME PROBLEM THAN CONTACT IQ-DOCTORBOX TEAM http://www.iq-doctorbox.com

Do like this-
- Disconnect all devices from pc including IQ Doctor Box.
- Connect both +ve and -ve (Red and Black wires) terminal of the cable to each other.
- Connect IQ Doctor Box to the main power cable.
- As soon as you will connect you will hear a long beep sound.
- If you hear tic-tic sound continuously means shorting sound disconnect and start from beginning again.
- Now open IQ Doctor Box Firmware Updater v1.62, select comport, check on Exigency Upgrade and click on Upgrade-Box button.
