Which version of windows are you using? Update driver, use direct usb port of pc and try again.

same problem to me old varsan work but new setup cannot work

sir micromax a61 conncet press start bouton .. find rx tx pin js ok but next show me data error.. way sir... on / off swetch press pafectly sir..

I tried both windows xp & windows 7 but both are same & the intrusting fact is version3.942 works
