MT6252 cpu problem not solved(answered)

I have three kechao sets, two with blinking problem and one is well running condition. First I tried to connect them with iq doctor cable. they did not connect. Then I tried to connect them with universal cable rx, tx and they connected. But it shows the problem below-

it is sensing the pin out fast, please hold on the phone power key
RXD=21 TXD=22
Connecting please hold on the POWER key until the red gause is going
Any errors please select another boot and try again.
BB:6252, Hardware Ver :8B00, Software ver:CE00
Loading boot.....
INT_SYSRAM_BOOT test completed
Loading boot....
Boot2 test completed.
Loading boot....
Boot3 test completed.
Failed to set MTK_cmd_jump ToAddr

Sets details-
Mobile: Kechao
Cpu:Mediatek ARM MT6252A

Solution Please iq doctor box Team!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
