| Hello.. friend try to change boud & mode after that try to change Spd USB-to-Serial com as you can see the COM.. if it dose't work than contact ©®IQ-DOCTOR BOX©® |

| What was condition of the phone when you received it? You can also try with both com and serial "*****" one by one. This sometimes is due to hardware also. Br. |
