"SPD USB TO SERIAL NOT FOUND"

Solution:
You need to install the USB drivers for SpreadTrum.
If already install than uninstall it first again install SPD the driver.

Solution
Try "Reset" option, If still problem than search 4 a same handset read the flashfile from that working set again write it back to the faulty set.

"Conjuction Error" while updating your box

SOLUTION
To fix this. you need to upgrade the firmware by using "Emmergency UpGrade" feature.

Disconnect IQ Doctor Box from USB, connect the main cable to IQ Doctor Box.
Now short the "+" and "-" wires of the main cable
Connect computer with USB to IQ Doctor Box.
Open the latest Box firmware Updater software forIQ Doctor Box. Press "ScanPort", Select your IQ Doctor Box comm port number, tick the "Exigency UpGrade" and press "UpGrade-BOX"
