Cmd-j6 Mobile Phone No Sound - GSM-Forum

My Sony CMD-J6 has gone deaf on me it works ok i can dial out and i can recieve incoming calls but i cant hear what anyone is saying can anyone help

I have been trying to get inside it how do you get them apart

Open the battery and you will see 4 screws. Just take off the screws and open the case. You will see the speaker in the front panel!
