J70 suddenly locked and not unlockable - GSM-Forum

A client came with his Sony CMD-J70
His phone suddenly locked with his normal SIM-card.
First I didn't believe him, client story?

After I unlocked this phone with Sony CMD All unlocker
phone says OK and reboot.

Phone is still locked

I tried also to unlock WAP, but this was not needed.

Has anyone a idea, what is wrong with this phone?

Type *#06# and look , IMEI of his phone consist from digit's and letter's !
As 3567DC34B4F......... it is unnormal , right ?
Write him normal IMEI (from back cover) and be happy.
Do not ask me in private : How put normal IMEI , e/t/c.
Use search button , solution's many,many time post in our Great Forum !

yes, imei can became 0000... on J70s , repair to original and phone will be OK
search for CTE terminal
