J6/5 wrong time - GSM-Forum

Please can you somebody help me. If I switch the phone off and then back on again. I have to set the time again, even if I don´t take out the SIM card. On the beginning it was all ok, it started to do this like a week ago. Don´t you think what can be wrong there?

HI mate
u shuld change the back-up battery on board. If problem not solved then change the quartz crystal.
