J70 after change IMEI from 0000 to normal, phone still says SIN LOCKED

Hello,

I have 2 J70 phones, here are their histories:

PHONE 1. Phone was locked and the IMEI had alphabets like this "352876467A894B2"
(NOTE the A & B), so I changed the IMEI correctly with Cte Terminal (after typing
*#06# IMEI is now correct), but after unlocking the phone (phone says OK after
each code), sometime the phone works and sometimes it goes back to SIM LOCKED

PHONE 2. Phone was locked and the IMEI was 000000000000000 so I also changed the IMEI
correctly with Cte Terminal (after typing *#06# IMEI is now correct), but after
unlocking the phone (phone says OK after each code), the phone still says SIM LOCKED

PLS can anybody tell me what next to do ?????

got a J70 to unlock tomorrow....it looks there is a risk the unlock program will change the imei to 000000 and

complicate to repair...*** bless....

I did all that. Though I did factory reset once, it still did not work.
I have since returned the phone.

Thanks and sorry for not replying to give you feedback.
So do u think bcos I did factory reset once could have made the phone not to unlock ??

Don't know what to say, but I repaired a few J5, J7 with destroyed IMEI, and all was ok

i repair it with the cte and now my phone is unlocked... but no network
