use this SW:
http://www.brand-service.ru/cell/Soft/Sony.exe
1. Run SW
2. enter WAP code and press "CTE" (phone restart)
3. Enter your IMEI and press "IMEI"
That's all
work 100%

For repair sony with imei problem:
1 get a working j5,j6,j7,j70 (witch your phone is)
2 save all flash with sfr (about 4M)
3 convert flash file from bin to sre with sbsconvertor
4 flash the wrong phone with the sre file (about 10M) use sonyj5delocker
5 get the wap code with any unlocking soft
6 phone on use CTE terminal type on keyboard - PW XXXXXXXX where XXXXXXXX -your WAP code
7 answer ok
8 SWITCH OFF AND SWITCH ON PHONE
9 WRITEIMEI 0x12 0x34 0x56 0x78 0x90 0x12 0x34 0x5
(it is for IMEI 12345678912345 - you type your IMEI)
