please help Sony Z7 keypad not work
 

hi guys
please help. i have sony Z7. turn on my phone keypad not work.2 days ago my phone work 1000%. tuday not work. only work with memory button+other button(1,2,3,.....call,clear and meny button). this problem soft or hardware? how resolve it.
