Z5 unlock (10% and remove battery) - GSM-Forum

I tryed use direct unlock "Z5 unlocker by VirtualM v2.00" to unlock 2 sony z5 phones . I can't unlock , only Message after 10% bar > Remove battery and try again.
Where my trouble ?
I tryed downgrate phone sw, but no result

did u tried to generate code from PhoneID ?

I have in phone Toshiba flash ic.
I tested with Fujitsu flash ic, all worked fine, but how about phones with Toshiba flash ?
