Hello.

As You can see from your Software log, phone's modem part is damaged:

This can be Software (modem firmware is damaged or You have written unsuitable firmware) or HW problem.

It is not possible to repair IMEI, if phone's modem part is damaged.

Please make Repair EFS. Then re-flash the phone with different firmwares and check, whether modem is correct (not Unknown). And only then (when phone's modem part will be correct) perform the "Repair IMEI" operation.

important!! never use a custom rom in cellphone to change IMEI, we need wortk in STOCK ROM.

As I have written above, make Repair EFS, then re-flash the phone with different firmwares form the Support Area and check, whether modem is correct (not Unknown). And only then (when phone's modem part will be correct) perform the "Repair IMEI" operation.

If after of writing all firmwares which You have, phone's baseband is still Unknown - most likely, this is HW problem (problem with eMMC flash chip).

Welcome to Octoplus/Octopus Box Samsung software version 1.6.0

To connect GT-I9300 phone you have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->Developer options.
3. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
4. When message is appear press "Yes".
5. Connect usb cable to phone.
6. Go to dial window.
7. Enter *#9090# number.
8. Set speed to 115200.
9. Reboot phone.
10. Press "Read Info" in software.
