Please send us to PM (or upload somewhere and post here links) "*.log" and "*.logx" files of perfromed "Unlock" operation (files can be found in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG" folder), we will check, where can be the problem with your phone.
