Hello.

Please, try to perform Wipe Security or Reset MSL (Fast Reset MSL) operations, then You can try to Write Cert according to the Software manual.

If the problem will still remain:

Information about new Qualcomm firmwares:
In the latest firmware versions of Qualcomm-based phones ability to Unlock and Reset MSL was disabled.
If you cannot Unlock or Reset MSL on a Qualcomm phone, you need to check phone?s firmware release date.
If firmware was released after 01.10.2015, then you can try to downgrade phone?s firmware (write older, by release date, version of firmware).

Somehow i managed to write cert/reset msl/repaired imei.

But problem is not solved here is IMEI:


SIM one status:


Problem "Cross on Signal Bars"

Thanks for reply i had already changed sim cards but still cross sign signals. Any other possible/expected solution ?

There is no repair network option (for a5000) model.
