BR Welcome to Octoplus/Octopus Box Samsung software version 2.5.4 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- To connect SM-A500FU phone you have to perform the following steps: 1. Disconnect USB cable from phone. 2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device. 3.Tap on "Build number" 7 times to enable developer options. 4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options. 5. Turn on "USB Debugging" option. 6. Go to dial window. 7. Enter "*#0808#" number. 8. Select "DM+Modem+ADB". 9. Press Home button. 10. Press "Read Info" in software. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Platform: Samsung Android Selected port: COM3 Selected model: SM-A500FU Selected file: D:\SAMSUNG\CERT\A\A 500FU\cert-sm-a500fu_ 359536019154806_rf8g105m6pd.cert Perform the following steps: 1. Connect phone via UART cable to the Box. 2. Note: phone screen must be active Connecting to phone, please wait... Member: 1146942 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.1587278 Thanks Meter: 27,409 | Hello. What was initial state of the phone? Was it booting correctly? Try to make Factory Reset and Wipe cache partition from Recovery Mode. If problem will remain the same - try to reflash the phone. |

Member: 1146942 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.1587278 Thanks Meter: 27,409 | If "E: failed to mount /efs (invalid argument)" error still remains in Recovery Mode - You can try to manually write EFS of another, correctly working SM-A500FU. |
