You remember the original android 4.4 firmware that you had before making the various flashes of other firmware that you should replace or try to make root with cf autoroot if your phone is locked if you can put it in dowload mode and make the root should start again

Hello.

Please perform "Reset MSL" operation, then try to make "Write Cert" again. Step by step description of how to write a Cert file is available in phone Software manual ("Help" button in Software).

If IMEI is exactly "null", not 0049..., /01, etc - You need to reflash the phone with different firmwares one by one. When IMEI will have default (0049...), or any other value, except null - perform "Reset MSL" and "Write Cert" operation.
If after writing of different firmwares problem will remain the same - it can be a HW problem.

If phone IMEI remains null after writing of a firmware - You should try to write another firmware.

Also, this indicates that modem part of the phone is damaged:

As you wrote the Octopus support and as I wrote you earlier you have to write the different firmware if even with that you can easy you have hardware problems on the phone and you have no alternative not being a software problem
