By accident you did the downgrade by making the flash from android 6.0.1 to adroid 5.0.2?
If you do repairs imei from the program you hang the phone on the logo?

Repeat to do the flash of the firmware stock you have to understand if the code imei you have already given it with imei null or if doing the flash of the firmware you disappeared

Doing the flash to 6.0.1 does not let you write the cert file because of the new security, you have to understand that original signing had the phone before you did it upgrading and changed the cert of what country it was

Did you check the binary revision of the firmware that you did the flash?

I find it strange that writing the cert file on android 4.4 the phone goes in fixed logo, usually happens when you are wrong to write the incompatible firmware of the same country or with the different binary revision

You have two solutions try to do wipe security and see if the imei code comes back to default to rewrite the cert file if it does not work, then back up the security and write it down to see if the imei goes to default
