However to write the cert you should have imei in default at 049 and the modem part is correct and not unknown as wrote octopus team to write cert

Try and see what result you have

If phone has generic "350050500009692" IMEI - yes, at this point You can try to make "Reset MSL", then "Write Cert" operations again.

Unfortunately with the firmware you have of android 6.0.1 and the September security patch level does not make you write and you need to do the downgrade try to write the patch imei repair and repair network to see

t might also be the imei code in black list trying to write another certificate

What is the status of IMEI Certi in *#0011# menu? If it is PASS/OK - Cert file was written correctly.
Problem with network can occur if IMEI of Cert file is blacklisted by local providers.

Try to write another Cert file. If problem will remain the same - upload *.log and *.logx files of performed operations to any file-sharing service and post here download link. We will check what causes the problem.
*.log and *.logx files can be found in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG" folder.
