To connect SM-A800F phone you have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone. 
2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
3.Tap on "Build number" 7 times to enable developer options.
4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options.
5. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.

1. Reconnect the battery.

frp still active

Hello.

Problem with removal of FRP lock can occur if phone has one of newer firmwares. To remove FRP lock You can try to write sboot.img partition of older by release date firmware, then repeat "Reset FRP/Reactivation/EE" operation.

it is the latest build available so far.
if it is safe to write sboot of android 5.1 to this firmware.
combination available at support is a800fxxu1aoj2 fa5.1

Unfortunately there's always exist risk to damage the phone by downgrading.
