octopus is best box in the market for flash and unlock the phones. it is true. but for download octopus give us open file not in zip. it is very hard to download big size file. example for g935f file size is 4.3 gb

no idm works on it. z3x give files also but in zip. please give us on zip or idm usable file. thanks again for the team for working hard work. please give us solution for download

Hello.

Archiving of firmwares provides minimum size decrease, because firmware file is already an archive by itself (*.tar). However it leads to possible problems with extracting of files, caused by different versions of archiving Software.
You can use built-in Downloads manager (available on "Support & options" tab of the Software) as an alternative to idm (if You meant Internet Download Manager).

here is pic . waiting about 5 minutes and just dounload 5 mb

. how about 4400 mb . can you tell me how long i have to wait for finished. note sir i have 10mbps internet speed

We have checked our servers and all work correctly, please try to re-run Software and re-download file again, if problem still remain, please post here info about internet provider.
