ALL Samsung 4.3 impossible to unlock S3, S4, Note 2

i can't downgrade (tried and now said fuse 1, warranty bit : 1 in downloading mode)

i tried to downgrade to 4.0.4 with octopus box, no unknown baseband, unknown imei

and unlocking of 4.3

No need to downgrade if for IMEI repair.

I don't know yet 100% for unlock...but I'm sure you can use a QCN that has already been unlocked and patch it that way, then IMEI repair it. I'm 95% certain that would work...old fashioned way.

It takes MUCH longer to do...but no other solution other than that.
