Hi team b360 e unable to unlock .
Here are the error logs.

1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->Applications->Development.

6. Press "Read Info" in software.

hi,

check your driver ,also use main port pc dont use usb hub and long press boot key ,try also another pc

Try to re-install these drivers (https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B_k...ew?usp=sharing), re-boot the PC and try again.

Please manually uninstall current drivers for the phone and install required drivers:

After installation restart PC and try to perform the operation again.
