B7722 Writing Firmware Failed PHONE DEAD


after try to change languages now phone IS DEAD

To connect GT-I9301I phone you have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
3.Tap on "Build number" 7 times to enable developer options.
4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options.
5. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
6. Go to dial window.
7. Enter "*#0808#" number.
8. Select "DM+Modem+ADB".
9. Press Home button.
10. Go to dial window.
11. Enter "*#9090#" number.
12. Set "Diag config" to "USB" value.
13. Restart phone.
14. Press "Read Info" in software.
Selected firmware file: GT-B7722JP.oct
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Platform: Samsung Swift
Selected model: GT-B7722
Selected port: USB
Please reconnect the battery, press "Volume-" + "Lock *" buttons and
connect USB cable
Connecting...
Phone found.
Chipset version : 22
SCROM version : 36

Preloader send successfully
Conecting to pipes...
Successfully conecte to pipes.
Writing firmware...
Erasing block...
Block erase successfully.
Writing partition IMAGE ...

Hello.

Please fully charge phone's battery (with external charger) and try to perform "Write Firmware" operation again.

with other battery problem is some so is bugs not problem in battery

Do the next:

1. Close the Software.
2. Delete all files from the folder "c:\Program Files\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG\".
3. Install the latest Software version (Software).
4. Run the Software.
5. Fully charge phone's battery by using external charger.
6. Take out SIM card from the phone.
7. Try to write another firmware from the Support Area.
8. Close the Software.
9. Upload somewhere the latest created "*.log" and "*.logx" files from the folder "c:\Program Files\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG\" and post here the link, we will research, where can be the problem with your device.
