now phone when start only show pc logo and cannout updtae firmware , why? please guide me ??

Hello.
What was the problem with your phone? Why You have decided to write firmware? Have You tried to write another firmware? If not, please try and post here log.

phone when come when start only show google and restart and i try to flash , i put in download mode without problem and select firmware but i select skip boot areas and click write but no succes, what to do now to uncheck skip boot areas or waht?

Of course, please unselect "Skip BOOT area write" option and try to write "GT-I9250_for_IMEI_repair" firmware. Also please post here log.

same again !! very strange problem !!!

Please fully charge phone's battery and connect the phone directly to PC USB port. Don't use USB hubs or PCI USB cards! Also don't write firmware on laptop - write on PC. Try to use another USB cable.
If the problem will be the same - check phone's HW.

ok tomorow i will try today i close shop, when i try all of this and again same , problem is in hardware ,ok thank you!!

How did you managed to flash your Google Nexus i9250??

My One get stuck on Google logo when switched on, how should i flash and write the orignal firmware??
