help me i have anycall m100s after successful read code i facing problem

when i enter code show FAIL help me how solve that problem

1. Go to dial window.
2. Enter "*#7284#" number.
3. Set "USB" radio button to "Modem" value.
4. Close window.
5. Go to dial window.
6. Enter "*#9090#" number.
7. Set "Diag config" to "USB" value.
8. Restart phone.
9. Press "Read Info" in Octopus Samsung software.
