AVAST always bloqued access to octopus support; how to solve this problem?

Remove this avtivirus and other antivirus Instal or any time you open octopus box you disable Antivirus after use

Yes, Mr. Zcom is right, please disable antivirus and firewall (if they are running), install the latest Software version, re-boot the PC and try to go into the Support Area again.

Finally i found the way to go to support area without disabling antivirus and firewall

just do a little effort .....

and the effort is to change the default browser (prefered Firefox)

and you are done

my problem solved
