To put SM-J700H into Download Mode, You have to perform the 
following steps:
1. Reconnect the battery.
2. Press and hold "Volume-" + "Home" + "Power ON" keys.
3. When phone turns on, press "Volume+" key.

can't unlock FRP on this firmware and can't downgrade to old one

Hello.

Have You tried to perform "Reset FRP/Reactivation/EE" operation after an attempt to write a firmware? What was the result?

mobile stop on flash and don't work

after back it to last update from kiss stop on Samsung logo
and when try to rest factory now i don't red
E:failed to mount /efs (Invalid argumen)

efs damages

so at last i went it work as before

Try to reflash the phone with "J700HXXU2APC5_J700HODD2APC1_NPL_Android_5.1.1 " firmware from the Support Area and check whether "E:failed to mount /efs (Invalid argumen)" error remains in Recovery Mode.

Read out EFS from another, correctly working SM-J700H and try to write it into your phone.

Yes, You can read EFS in *.tar format, then write it from Download Mode.
