Do this:

Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
Go to dial window. Enter "*#0808#" number.
Select "DM+Modem+ADB".
Press Home button.
Restart phone.

then choose Com port
then Unlock.

Cert file, which You are trying to write is not passing the check. Try to write Cert file from the Support Area.

To enter Support Area, press "Go to support" button on "Support & options" tab of the Software.

But is problem of certificate file? Now imei is 0000000 and also serial number.. Because i change firmware 4.4.2, with old 5.1 firmware it is impossible make root..

Try to write Cert file from the Support Area, then check phone's IMEI.
