I am getting the same thing for days. Really annoying. Bought credits on the 30th and still can't use them. Customers of mine are mad, I can't do any unlocks. Really a bad situation.

Currently work of Factory Services is not stable. You should try to process the phone time after time. Unfortunately we don't have an ETA of when the server will be working stable.

There is no way to refund the credits after they are bought, no that I know...
