You're using version 2.0.8 when you're suppose to be using version 2.0.9.

Please install the latest Software version and repeat "Domestic Unlock".

If problem will remain, try to do the next:
1. Dial *#0011# and in the service menu do the following.
2. Click "Menu" then "Key input" then input Q then press "Ok".
3. Click "Menu" then "Back".
4. Click "Menu" then "Key input" then input 0000 then click "Ok".

Wait for 20 seconds and a menu will pop up. Perform the following actions in menu:
1. Press UMTS.
2. Press DEBUG SCREEN.
3. Press PHONE CONTROL.
4. Press NETWORK CONTROL.
5. Press GCF, then the top option.
6. Press phone's "Home" button.
7. Go to Settings and change the Mobile Networks to Automatic, or GSM.

Press Menu and select "Back"<from the menu that comes up not the phones back button
Press Menu and select "Key Input" enter value Q <- capital Q not lowercase q
Press Menu and select "Key Input" enter value 0000 <- 4 zeros
Wait 10-15 seconds for it to return you to its main screen.

You won't know you entered these steps correctly for 10 or so seconds but it will then take you to ServiceMenus main screen from here select

GCF
Select the top option[1]
It will say "success"
Reboot via the phones power menu
