I have Galaxy S6 Edge + (g928f) with broken (not working) fingerprint that is activated. I need to unlock it but don't remember alternative password.
Tried reset screen lock option but still not accepting password
any suggestion?

I need data from this phone. The boy crashed the car and killed the. His parents want from phone to save photos and videos.

Hello.

Please try to write latest version of TWRP recovery manually, then repeat "Reset Screen Lock" operation.

After write lates "twrp-3.0.0-0-zenlte-zenlte.img.tar" recovery is no TWRP.
Recovery is still:
Android system recovery (3e)
LMY47X.G92FXXU2AOJ5

Please HELP ME.
