Red face Error as Octopus Samsung tool

Octopus Samsung tool will jump to default model '940SC' when I do any opertion in selected any other model.

Such as selected GT-I8350,and click any button:

Platform: Samsung Anycall
Selected port: COM127
Selected model: GT-I8350
Mode: Normal
Phone model:
Phone model is not supported
Phone was not found on the selected port!
Searching for USB diagnostic port...
Connecting to phone on COM127
Mode: Normal
Phone model:
Phone model is not supported
Phone connection failed
No diagnostic ports found!
Connecting to phone on COM126
Phone connection failed
Selected action can’t be performed
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

P.S.
I tried 2 kinds of tool version in 1.3.6 and 1.3.2,even other computer.
But it cant work also.
I think there're something wrong with my octopus box?(I tried update card)

Yeah I did.
Otherwise it cant be find,have no port.

Forgiven my poor English
I mean it was occured as right port,and right model selected.
I am sure there's nothing wrong with my operational,because I was completed a lot of devies.
Also I will and I had try my best to find out problem.
I'm so sorry I had to submit the problem to you are.

Everyone models I tried was same wrong.
